Fallujah “Uninhabitable”
By Kurt Nimmo

If a foreign military bombed your city, forced you to evacuate and live in a tent or sleep on the street, and then, after weeks, you discovered your house was flattened, your possessions destroyed, would you want revenge, would you join the resistance fighting against the foreign military occupying your homeland? Or would you celebrate your “liberation” from the dictator—a dictator who did not destroy your home or mess with you so long as you didn’t give him any trouble—removed by the foreign military? Would you “vote” in “elections” staged by a government that destroyed your home and place of work?

More than likely you would join the resistance, or at least support it and provide it with assistance.

Meanwhile, as if to add insult to injury, the foreign military sets up a police state, forces you to submit DNA and retina scans, tells you to wear an ID badge at all times, and puts you to work in military-style battalions.

Bush calls this “democracy.”

For some reason the Bush administration does not understand human nature. Or they are so arrogant and blind-sided by reality that they believe they can defeat the resistance in Iraq, even though millions of people support it.

In Fallujah:

“In an exclusive statement to IslamOnline.net Tuesday December 21, AMS [Association of Muslim Scholars] secretary general, Sheikh Hareth Suliman Al-Dari said, ‘Fallujah is completely destroyed and sabotaged. It has become uninhabitable with no water, electricity or wastewater facilities… The rotten smell of the dead is widespread and smokes of internationally banned weapons [used by the US occupation] cover its sky. So, I don’t think they will return to it even if the occupation forces depart.’”

The Association of Muslim Scholars also reports the people of Fallujah are enduring a catastrophic humanitarian crisis. “Medical services are very bad. There are several inhabitants in Ameriyat Fallujah Hospital who suffer from diseases resulting from lack of services,” Dr. Gamal Nasser, board chairman of Iraqi Red Crescent Society told IslamOnline.net. “The US troops and the Iraqi National Guard hinder and may prevent the arrival of relief materials provided by the parties and relief organizations,” added Abu Mohamed, a driver assigned to transport aid to the hospital that received more than 3,000 displaced families.

Don’t expect Fox and the Bush Ministry of Truth to tell you about these war crimes. In order to find out what is really going on in Iraq, you have to surf over to an Islamic web site located in Qatar.

Unfortunately, most Americans either don’t care what their government is doing or they support it. Every “security mom” driving around with a “support our troops” yellow ribbon on her minivan or SUV supports violating the Geneva Conventions, inflicting disease on helpless Iraqi refugees, bombing residential neighborhoods with napalm and phosphorous, and torturing detainees. Like the “Good Germans” of Hitler’s Germany, eventually they will pay for the crimes of their government.
